Return Policy
The Airgas Company Store is happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please enclose the original packing slip with the return indicating on the reverse of the packing slip the reason for the return. If you do not have the original packing slip please include your order number.

 

Important:  A full refund plus returned shipping costs will be issued only if the item was defective, damaged, or if an incorrect address was on the order before shipment.

A refund or exchange of ordered item(s) will be made if the item does not meet with your satisfaction.

Please insure the returned package, as the Airgas Company Store is not responsible for uninsured lost returned packages. Cash On Delivery returned shipments will not be accepted.

For items purchased from AIRGAS, either online or at the branches, please see AIRGAS.COM for return info or call your local branch. 

We are an outside supplier to AIRGAS of Airgas branded merchandise only and will only receive returns for merchandise ordered through this store.
